Bentley Motors was founded in 1919 by W.O. Bentley in Cricklewood, London. The brand built early prestige through five Le Mans 24 Hours victories in the 1920s. After passing through Rolls-Royce ownership, Bentley was acquired by Volkswagen Group in 1998 for approximately £430 million. Under VW Group, Bentley revitalized its lineup and introduced the Continental GT and Bentayga SUV, significantly broadening the brand's market reach. The Bentayga became the world's best-selling ultra-luxury SUV at launch. Bentley is present across Southeast Asia through authorized dealer networks in Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand.
