Before a single wheel is forged, we run advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate real-world stress—ensuring your design isn’t just beautiful but built to endure the toughest roads ahead.
From there, the magic happens. Each wheel is forged from aerospace-grade 6061- T6 aluminium using a 12,000-ton press, maximizing grain strength and minimizing weight.
Then it’s precision CNC-machined, tested for cornering, fatigue, and structural integrity, meeting TÜV, JWL, VIA, and IATF 16949 standards every step of the way.
