• Q: Can you make the wheels flush with the fender?

  • A: Yes. Safe flush fitment is one of our core custom-fitment goals. We calculate the wheel width and offset around the exact vehicle, tyre size, suspension height and brake package.

• Q: Will the wheels rub?

  • A: Our goal is a no-rub daily fitment based on the vehicle condition and specifications provided to us. Suspension height, tyre size, alignment, load and later vehicle modifications can affect final clearance.

• Q: Will the wheels poke outside the fender?

  • A: We can engineer the setup toward a conservative or safe-flush stance. The exact width and offset are selected to manage outer fender position while maintaining sufficient inner suspension and brake clearance.

• Q: Can I reuse my stock tyres?

  • A: Often yes, provided the tyre size, load rating and approved rim-width range are compatible with the new wheel width. We confirm your exact tyre specification before finalizing the wheel.

• Q: Should I use a square or staggered setup?

  • A: It depends on the vehicle platform, drivetrain and intended look. We preserve the OEM tyre strategy where appropriate and make sure the front-to-rear rolling diameter remains suitable, especially for AWD and EV applications.

• Q: Can I go wider than stock?

  • A: Yes, when the vehicle has sufficient inner and outer clearance. Width and offset must be engineered together because a wider wheel changes both suspension-side clearance and fender position.

• Q: Can I go to a larger wheel diameter?

  • A: Yes, provided the tyre size is adjusted appropriately to maintain a suitable overall rolling diameter and the wheel has adequate load rating and brake clearance. We will also consider ride comfort and road conditions.

• Q: Can you make the wheel more concave?

  • A: Yes, where the vehicle geometry and brake package allow it. Concavity depends on the wheel design, width, offset and caliper clearance. We maximize concavity within the safe fitment and brake-clearance envelope.

• Q: Will the wheels clear my big brake kit?

  • A: We can engineer BBK clearance before production. Please provide the brake brand and model, rotor diameter, caliper dimensions or the manufacturer's brake template so we can verify spoke and barrel clearance.

• Q: Do I need spacers?

  • A: Our preferred approach is to engineer the correct width, offset and brake clearance without spacers. Custom forged wheels allow us to build the fitment around the vehicle instead of using spacers to correct a generic wheel.

• Q: Can you make dual-PCD wheels so I can transfer them to another car?

  • A: We do not normally recommend dual-PCD custom wheels. A vehicle-specific PCD, center bore, offset and load specification provides a cleaner and more technically correct fitment.

• Q: What information do you need to recommend the correct fitment?

  • A: We need the vehicle make, model, year and variant; preferred wheel diameter; current tyre size; whether you will reuse the tyres; stock or lowered suspension; stock brakes or BBK; and your preferred stance such as conservative, safe flush or aggressive.

• Q: Will larger wheels affect ride comfort?

  • A: Usually yes. A larger wheel normally uses a lower-profile tyre to keep overall rolling diameter close to stock, which can reduce tyre-sidewall cushioning. We can recommend a setup that balances appearance, comfort and performance.

• Q: Are forged wheels suitable for EVs?

  • A: Yes. Forged wheels can be engineered for the higher vehicle and axle loads common on EVs while reducing unnecessary wheel mass. Exact weight and any efficiency benefit depend on the final design and specification.

• Q: Will the wheels work with TPMS?

  • A: Yes, provided the correct sensor type is used. We can plan for transfer of the original TPMS sensors or installation of compatible replacement sensors depending on the vehicle.

• Q: Can you build the wheel around my stock center bore?

  • A: Yes. The center bore is custom specified for the vehicle application, which helps provide correct hub fitment without relying on generic oversized bores.

• Q: Can you make the wheels for a lowered car or coilover setup?

  • A: Yes. Please tell us the current ride height, suspension type and any alignment changes. Lowered cars require extra attention to fender, liner, suspension and tyre clearance.

• Q: What if I plan to install a BBK or lower the car later?

  • A: Tell us before the wheel specification is finalized. Future brake or suspension changes can alter clearance, so it is better to engineer the wheel around the intended final setup.
